TWIN HALL. “THE GHOST 'TRAIN.” A Master Picture Special is “The Ghost Train,” Avhieh is showing at the Town Hall to-night. This is one of the best “night-of-scares” pictures ever produced, and it is a definite triumph for it’s director, G. Bolvardy. It is far more thrilling than Arnold Ridley’s stage success, the much talked of “thriller” Avhieh chilled Australians last year, and it is far more interesting than his book produced later. It contains most excellent comedy and it’s extremely work-up thrills Avill appeal to the most hard-boil audience. Guy Newall has the role of the “silly ass” Avho later redeems himself as the detective, and his characterisation could not 'be bettered. He is ably supported by Anna Jennings, John Manners, Rosa Walters and Louis Ralph. Also “Make it Snappy” (Comedy),. Launceston (Scenic), and News. Prices I/and 2/-. Children half price. “The Rejuvenation of Aunt Mary” is Monday’s feature. Ills, thrills, chills, spills—they abound in plenteous measure in this scintillating comedy.
