ELECTION COURT.
TO HEAR BAY OF ISLANDS . PETITION. The appointment was gazetted on Thursday evening of Messrs Justices Herdman and Ostler as an Election Court, to hear the petition of John William McAulay, of Okiahau, farmer, against the return of Harold Montague Rushworth as member of Parliament for the Bay of Islands.
