TOW(N HALL HOLIDAY ATTRACTIONS. The filming of Jack Bethea’s gripping novel “Honour Bound” by Fox Films has resulted in a startling expose of prison camp life. George O’Brien and Estelle Taylor have the stellar roles in this film at the Town Hall to-night. This production was directed by Alfred E. Molly O’Day and John Boles are the romantic leads, and a love affair of rare beauty in the retrospect is enacted by John Westwood and Marion Douglas. Matthew Betz is the villain of the piece, and among other capable actors in the cast are Romaine Fielding, Otis Harlan, Joseph Bennett ,and little Maurice Murphy. With a strong supporting programme. On Wednesday (Boxing night), a double feature holiday programme will be presented. Shortly after the celebration O’Day asks Jack to assist him in solving the disappearance of numerous diamonds which ■his customers have been losing. After much research Jack places suspicion on Robert Chandler, O’Day’s business adviser but evidence is not sufficient to press the charges. In the meantime Dan MacDowell has his sixty-fifth birthday and through a new regulation he is retired from the force but he is quite active and O’Day gives him a position as a night-watchman in his jewellery store. Here Dan works with Jack on the case and numerous clues lead to the exposure of Chandler’s nefarious operations. Jack soon discovers that Rose, a stenographer in O’Day’s store, and Red, the janitor, are also members of the Chandler’s gang and when they make a final raid on O’Day’s diamonds he corners Chandler with the goods.
