CIVIL CASES. The following undefended civil eases were heard at the local S.M. Court on 'Thursday. before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., judgment in each case being given for plaintiff: — CIVIL CASES. F. Gomer £5 31s 9d, costs £1 10s >6d; M. E. Perreau v. H. Tatana £2B 10s Id, costs £3 9s 6d. .JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Tuhi Carter was ordered to pay J. L. C. Merton and P. J. Jack £2 11s Od forthwith, in default 3 days’ imprisonment. Carter was also ordered to pay A. E. Collins £1 13s Od, in default three days.
