THURSDAY OF THIS WEEK. Despite the wind and storm, blooms are coming on fine in most gardens, and it is anticipated there will be a large entry in all classes at Thursday’s Spring Show. In the cooking section there Avill be about fifty scholars of the local schools competing, which should make it one of the most interesting portions of the shoAV. Members are urged to secure their tickets from the secretary, and so secure the benefits of membership in the Society. A ticket entitles the holder, Avife and family up to 12 years of age to admission to all shows held during the year without further charge, and costs ss. The men’s committee are reminded that a'fter the pictures on Wednesday night they are to meet and arrange the tables and stands.
