A DESERVING APPEAL.
The Matron of All Saints’ Beach Home (Mrs. Bain) has asked us to make an appeal for firewood for the Home. The weather is particularly cold just now, and the Matron informs us that it is a hard job to obtain good firewood on the beach owing to the timber being waterlogged. It is to be hoped the appeal will meet with the support it merits.
