THE HUTT MOTOR ACCIDENT.

GOODMAN BEFORE SUPREME ■COURT.

Wellington, Yesterday.

The Supreme Court is hearing the case in which Albert Goodman is charged with negligently driving a motor-car at Upper Hutt, thereby causing bodily injuries to Jack Aldridge and Norman Parata. It was -stated that a mistake had been made in the doctor’s depositions and that only one of the men had had a leg amputated. Dr. Brown, in evidence, however, said it was still a question whether Parata’s leg would have to be amputated. i Lengthy evidence is being heard.
