TENNIS NOTES.
On Saturday afternoon a team representative of the local Tennis Club journeyed to Bulls to meet the home team in a match for the Newman Cup. The local team was unable to wrest the honours from the home team, however, which won by 19 sets and 180 games to Foxton’s 5 -sets, 115 games. The following are the details.
