INTER-CLUB MATCHES,
The second round of the interclub croquet matches took place at Palmerston North on Thursday. The games the local players were represented in resulted as follows: — Foxton v. Oroua, on Manawatu green-: Mrs. McMurray (4) lost to Mrs. Turner (44) 19 —26; Mrs. Woods (44) lost to Mrs. Oakley (64) 15 —26; Mesdames McMurray (4) and Woods (4-1) lost to Mesdames Turner (44) and Oakley (64) 24 —26; Mesdames 1 Owen (5) and Pearson (6) lost to Mesdames Bridge (64) and Durrant (8) 24 — 26; totals: Foxton 82 ,Oroua 104.
