CORRESPONDENCE.
(To The Editor). Sir, —My child brought home from school a card with question requesting information to assist the school doctor in forming an opinion of the child’s health. That is all right, but why the questions “Date of Birth,” “Country of Birth” “Parents occupation,” and “Present Address”? Can you tell me how these questions affect a child’s health? Thanking you for your space, PARENT. [THE above questions are necessary for comparative and statistical purposes. —Ed. H.]
