MANAWATU BIG SPRING SHOW.
The 42nd of these now wellknown and popular exhibitions will be held on the spacious and well equipped Showgrounds at Palmerston North on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the Ist, 2nd, and 3rd November next, and intending exhibitors who have not as yet received a copy of the prize list are advised to make application to the secretary, Box 85, Palmerston North, for one right away. These will be posted free to any address.
The booklet this year is a very generous and attractive one, classes for all sections being provided. The domestic divisions have not been overlooked and a very fine list- of classes for home cookery, needlework and photography will be found in the booklet.
The teachers are reminded that all entries for the school sections will finally close on Saturday, Ist October, and are asked to send the entries in early. The entries for the home industries will close on Bth October, while those for the ring competitions and live stock will be taken up to Saturday, 15th October.
