ROAD CYCLING RACE.
A live-mile cycle road race was got off last evening under the auspices of the Foxton Amateur Cycling Club. The course was round the cemetery block. There were nine starters, ChryStall being the scratch man. The race resulted as follows:— Chrystall Ist, E. Coley 2nd, Newson 3rd. Three lengths between first and second competitors, and one length between second and third.
