OBITUARY.

MRS. A. JAGGER, AGED 47 YEARS. The death occurred on Saturday at a private hospital in Palmerston North of Mrs. A. Jaggcr, wife of Mr. A. Jagger, of Foxton. Deceased entered a private hospital a few 7 weeks ago, suffering from pneumonia, which was followed by heart complications. The late Mrs. Jagger was the youngest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. • Saunders, pioneer settlers of Moutoa, where she resided until recently, prior to settling in Foxton. Deceased leaves a husband and two young children to mourn their loss to whom the sympathy of the public will be extended. The following are brothers and sisters of deceased: —Messrs J. F. Saunders, of Taranaki and A. Saunders, of Palmerston North; Mesdames Nieholls, of Nelson; Kirby, of Southampton (England), and D. McKenzie, of Petone. The funeral took place this afternoon.
