THE BURWOOD MURDER.
PROSECUTION TO PROCEED ON TUESDAY. Christchurch, August 26. Charles William Boakes again appeared in the Magistrate’s Court today, charged with the murder of Ellen Gwendoline Isobel Scarff, at Burwood, on June 15th. Accused was remanded till Tuesday, when the case for the prosecution will be gone on with.
