FOOTBALL DEADLACK AT HAMILTON
Hamilton, April 30,
A deadlock has been reached in the dispute between the Waikato Rugby Union and the Hamilton Sub Union. A deputation from the latter waited without success on the parent body last night. The Hamilton Sub-Union representatives refused to submit the complaints to 'the meeting and demanded a conference between the two bodies with an impartial outside chairman. After the deputation had several times declined to state their complaints, the chairman of the Waikato Rugby Union declared the meeting closed.
