GIFTS TO THE SCHOOL
The headmaster,'ill'. F. A. Mason, wishes to acknowledge with many thanks to the donors the following gifts to the District High School:— From Mr. I. Corn, chemist, requisites for the school medical chest; from Mi’. J. Kebbell, Levin, an old adze used by early settlers for making loop holes in the stockade erected locally during the Maori wars.
