Quite the best and most authoritatic picture dealing with the rarnificatiohs of the bootleggers and rum runners of the American east is “Forbidden Cargo,” which screens at the Town Hall to-night. Dealing with the battle of wets between a woman captain of a rum running steamer and a Government Secret Service agent, this feature gives us an hour and a half of thrilling adventure and romantic interest. Evelyn Brent and Robert Ellis are the featured players. Also “School Pals” (comedy), Fox News. It is an adaptation of the novel by James Oliver Curwood, and features ns its stars Antonio Moreno, Renee Adoree and Claire McDowell. Many scenes are in natural colours.
