CHEAPER PETROL.
PRICE REDUCED 2d PER GALLON. Wellington, Last Night. - A reduction of twopence per gallon in the retail price of petrol was announced yesterday. REDUCTION IN AUCKLAND. Auckland, April 4. The leading distributors of petrol in Auckland have notified their intention of reducing the price to the public as from to-day by Is 4d per case and 2d. per gallon.
