REPORT,
The High Commissioner’s cablegram, dated 2nd instant, reads: — Manila market dull and easier, J grade April-June shipments sold £4l at close, sellers that figure. Sisal market dull, with small demand for afloat; value No. 1, April-June shipments, £36 10s, and No. 2, £33 15s. New Zealand market quiet, with downward tendency; nominal .values, nfloat £35 to £35 10s for high points; April-June shipments £34 10s, and fail 1 £33 10s.
