The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as foDows: — The indications are for easterly winds moderate to strong, and backing by cast to north. There is a prospect’ of fail’ weather, with increasing haze anl cloudiness. Barometer falling after about 24 hours. Seas moderate, tides good.
