HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT The High Commissioners cablegram, dated 20th instant, reads:— Manila market dull and easy, sellers at close “J” grade March-May shipments £42. Sisal market quiet, No. 1 April-June shipments quoted sellers £37. It is reported that Mexican has been reduced; No. 1 now offered at £3O 10s c.i.f. European ports. New Zealand market slow, and .demand is moderate for alloat; £35 bids for high points. Forward shipments without interest.
