To-day two rinks from Shannon Club are paying a visit to Foxton 'green, and participating in a friendly match. On Wednesday next three rinks from Foxton will visit Otaki at the invitation of Otaki Club. It has been a custom for past- years to endeavour to arrange one visit each season between the two Clubs. It is anticipated Otaki will return the compliment later in the year. Wednesday should provide a very plea*sant outing for local bowlers, as Otaki Club is noted for its hospitality and good sports.
