Reward is offered for the return of a lost cattle dog. B. 11. Just advertises Savoy and Broeoli plants for sale. On Friday afternoon a cross with figure was lost between the beach and the Post Office. The Manawatu County Council invite lenders for carrying, screening and carting 12,00 ft yards of metal.
Collinson and Cunningham, Ltd., Palmerston North, advertise to-day 1,200 yards purchase of cotton and art silk fabrics, at 4/11 for 3 yards dress lengths.
Elsewhere in this issue Petty’s Strawberry Acres advertise raspberries and jam strawberries for sale. Mr Petty informs us that he anticipates a ten ton crop of raspberries this season, but despite this fact, he will have some difficulty in fulfilling all orders ■ and he advises those requiring the fruit to place (heir orders with him as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
