THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wired at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong. Weather probably eool and changeable with scattered showers and the night will probably be very cold. The barometer has a rising tendency. Seas moderate, tides good.
