WATERED MILK
DAIRYMAN FINED £SO. Napier, October 4. W. Halpin, a dairyman, was fined £SO for selling milk containing seven jre if, cent, of added water. It was stated that defendant was previously fined £35, and His Worship said that he would endeavour to stop the practice.
