THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— Indications are for southerly winds, strong to gale at times, with a westerly tendency. Weather probably cold and changeable, with passing showers. The night will prove very cold. Barometer rising, seas heavy, tides good.
