BUILDING TO BE ERECTED IN THE NEAR FUTURE. At Thursday night’s* meeting of the Foxton Chamber of Conimer.ee a reply ivas received to the Chamber’s request that the Wanganui Education Board erect a suitable building in Foxton to accommodate the- secondary classes. The Board’s letter stated that the. building will bo erected as soon as the Foxton School Committee make arrangements.for a suitable site.
Mi- Perreau said that he had seen one of iho oivncrs of the desiied section, who Avas quite agreeable to the section being taken for the High School. He suggested walling a meeting of the oaa’jici’s at an early date to discuss, the matter. The committee, he said, had the matter Avell in hand.
