BUSINESS NOTICES.
In to-day’s paper will be found the Railway Department's advertisement giving particulars of the issue of cheap excursion tickets nm! the altered train arrangements for the Palmerston North races on 21st and 22nd April. Mr. E. R. Booth, Whyte, Street Garage, notilies by advertisement in this issue that owing to business elsewhere, he will be away from Fox ton next Tuesday and Wednesday. To avoid disappointment the garage will be open for oil, petrol, tyre repairs etc.
The increasing popularity of motor cycles and cycles in Fox ton and the surrounding district is due in no small measure to the efforts of Mr. Clifford Billing, the Indian motorcycle and Rudge cycle agent, opposite the Police Station in the Main Street. The exceptional values offered by Mr. Billing in new and second-hand cycles, motorcycles and accessories are well exemplified in his advertisement on the front page of this issue. It will pay you to study his prices and give him your custom. Look him up when you are in town and remember that postal enquiries leueive his prompt attention.
