DEATH FROM TETANUS.
THROWIN FROM A GIG,
Auckland, April 3. The death occurred at the hospital on Thursday of Morrison Carsie, who was chief engineer at the Chelsea Sugar Refinery, from tetanus. The disease resulted from an injury sustained on March 16th, when Mr. Carsie was thrown from a gig through the horse falling, and sustained deep cuts on the left elbow and knee. j
