MOTOR LORRY COLLISION.
DAMAGES AWARDED.
Hokitika, March 15. At the Supreme Court on Saturday in the 'civil action, James Kil cullen versus William Edward and James Searle, claim for £616 4s for damages arising out of a collision on Kokatahi road between two motor lorries, on one of which plaintiii' was a passenger, counsel acknowledged liability and left the damages to the jury to assess. The jury found for the full amount claimed. Costs on the highest, ,%e r§ allowed.
