At the Supreme Court on Saturday in the 'civil action, James Kil cullen versus William Edward and James Searle, claim for £616 4s for damages arising out of a collision on Kokatahi road between two motor lorries, on one of which plaintiii' was a passenger, counsel acknowledged liability and left the damages to the jury to assess.
