ROYAL PICTURES.
Joseph C. Lincoln’s latest successful novel, “Doctor Nye,” has a particularly colorful locale and unusually interesting characters. “Doctor Nye,” has been filmed, under the title of “Idle Tongues,” and this First National picture is coming to the Royal Theatre on Monday. These characters of Lincoln’s arc true to life and their problems arc intensely interesting as we see them on the screen. Furthermore, the settings arc in harmony with Cape Cod, and the entire production carries out the spirit of the Joseph C Lincoln stories in New England. Love, romance, mystery, melodrama and hard riding are happily injected into Jack Hoxie’s speedy Blue Streak Western, “Rulin' Thunder,” to he shown next Wednesday. The cast supporting Iloxie include the beautiful Katherine Grant, Jack Pratt, Francis Ford, George Connors, Bert Demarc, William McCall and Roderick O’Farrell. “The Ragman” comes next Saturday.
