LOITERING TO BET.
TWO £SO FINES,
. Gisborne, March 12. In the Magistrate’s Court at Tolcomaru Bay, Arthur Owen and Charles Croon were fined £SO each on charges of loitering for purposes of betting at Ruatoria in February last year. Sentence was suspended pending the Supreme Court decisions in other cases.
