ROYAL PICTURES. Hoot Gibson does some thrilling Roman riding and contests in a desperate chariot race in “Let ’Er Buck,” Universal special which will be screened in the Royal theatre on Wednesday. The picture was made in Pendleton, Oregon, at the time of the famous Annual Roundup. Much of the action was filmed with the actual round-up participants engaged in their daring contests. It is based on Charles Wellington Furlong’s noted novel. The supporting east includes Mirian Nixon, Josie Sedgwick, G. Raymond Nye, Charles K. French, Fred Humes and William Steele. Centuary comedy, “Love Sick.” An entire city aflame —that is but one of the aweinspiring sights in First National’s new gigantic film spectacle, “Quo Vadis?” Twenty thousand men, women and children are said to have participated in this sequence of “Quo Vadis.” The picture will be shown at the Royal theatre next Thursday.

TOWN HALL,

“Loving Lies” adapted from Peter B. Ivy lie’s “The Harbour Bar” will be screened at the Town Hall to-night (Tuesday). It is the story of a man who lied to his wife to quell the fears ever in her heart. Then came the fall of love and home founded on lies of love —lies to save hurt, hut only brought pain.
