» HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 19th inst., reads: Hemp, Manila market quiet and declining during this week closed steadier. “J” grade, September,-November shipment, sold for £4l. New Zealand market quiet with no interest except little hi rejected and common of which there are buyers at £3O 10s 0d and £32. Quotations for Septemiber-Nov ember shipments are high points £3B to £3B 10s 0d; fair £35.
