MOTOR COLLISION.

OCCUPANTS INJURED. A motor accident occurred on the Foxton-Sandon road as a result of which Mr and Mrs Slight and live children were injured. Particulars of the accident show that a car driven by a resident of Kongotea collided with Mr Sight’s car, the latter vehicle being overturned. It was only with great difliculty that the occupants were extricated, and then it was discovered that there were a good many casualties. Mrs Slight sustained injuries to her head, neck and a leg, her daughter Freda, 13 years of age, sustained broken ribs and injuries to her chest, and a baby had. a leg injured. The others were severely bruised. Mr Slight’s ear was damaged extensively.
