Tihe totalisator handled £19,947 as against. £20,177 for the corresponding day last year. Results: —Tararua Hack Hurdles: —Askari 1, Gold Piece 2, Lady Gay 3. Won by a length. Time 3.6.2-5. Kukn Maiden: —Lieutenant Bill 1, Padonna. 2, Sa.sham 3. Won by two lengths. Time 1.26 1-5. Waitolm Hack Handicap: —Miss Tiupanal, Gardenia 2, Bozau 3. Won by three-quarters of a. length. Time 1.20 1-5. Kuakawa Cup Handicap.—Megan 1, Para 2, Kilfaire 3. Won by live lengths. Time 2.15. Otaki Hack Handicap:—Stan Shell 1, Bon March 2, Slump 3. Won by three lengths. Time 1.34 2-5. Knhui Handicap:—Kuliio 1, Lady Fingers 2, Lucius 3. Won by three-quarters of a length. Time 1.19 1-5.
