The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— Freshening easterly winds strong lo gale, and backing by east to woiUi; expect dull weather, with much mist and Tog in parts. Rain probable. Barometer Tailing. Bens considerable, tides moderate; seas increasing oil shore.
