We regret to record the death, which took place at Palmerston X. \r.-ti'idav, of Air Bruee Withers, of Liiinii Street. The late Air Withers was 99 years of age, anil bad been :t lesidenl of long standing in Foxlon. The lute Air Wilburs hud resided here for over 10 years, and was well and favourably known. The deceased leaves a family of two sons and five daughters: Afes.rs .Joseph Withers (Wanganui) and Vincent Withers (Foxton), Airs Belvie (Wanganui), Mrs A. Osborne (Foxton), Airs F. Watson (Eoxton), Airs W. AVall but ton (Eoxton), AOs W. Rout (EketaItnna). Mrs Withers predeceased Iter husband in February of this year, and one son (Air AIL Withers) and one daughter (Mrs A.
