lIIGII COMMISSIONERS REPORT. The High Commissioners cable dated 181 li inst., reads: — Hemp Manila, market dull and Scarcely steady value. J. Grade, April-. June shipments, £SO 10s Od. New Zealand market continues dull and easier. Nominal values high point fair, April June shipments, £3B 10s Od. Small sale fair £37 this week, but later offers made £35 10s Od, and no business reported.
