HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 22nd inst., reads as follows: Manila market dull and easier. •I grade, March-May shipments, now quoted at £sl per tou sellers. New Zealand market quiet, fair grade in dock reported sold as low as £37 per ton. Nominal quotations are: High-points, Mareli-May shipment, £4O per ton; fair, £3B.
