IN I/AW ITL USH OF MOTOR OAK A young man named Herbert Flakes, was arrested by the local police this morning on a charge that on the 21sl January, at Wellington, lie did unlawfully and without colour of right, but not so as to be guilty of theft thereof, within the meaning oj. the Crimes Act, convert to his own use a motor car to the value of £450, the property of JR. Neagle, of Wellington. Accused appeared before Mr J. K. Hornblow J.P. and on the application of the police, was remanded to appear at Wellington on March 7lh.
