However, the fact that the picture happens to lie coloured is merely incidental. The -tory is a Stirling one of a man accused of murder in a small but prosperous Western town, who takes refuge in the desert, wandering about and living as best he can. Changing his name he is forgolen bv those who knew him, but one day hi 1 meets some people living in an isolated hut. die is persuaded to return to civilisation and face the law. Upon his return he is greeted by the great surprise which gives us a stirring climax to one of the screen's dramatic gems. -lack Holt.
