Hamilton, February 5. Another death during the progress oi' an operation occurred at The Waikato Hospital yesterday. The patient was Mrs Mary 8r0,,-ati, ~-ati, aged 45, wife of Mr John Brogan, a taxi driver, of Frankton. She was ordered a serious abdominal operation immediately on admission to the institution.
