ACCIDENTALLY KILLED.
EXPLOSION OF DYNAMITE. Westport, January 20. An inquest was held this morning into the death of Joshua Oldham of Burnett’s Face, who died on Saturday, as the result of injuries caused by a premiature explosion of dynamite on the river bank. The deceased lost an eye and both hands, but walked over a mile to obtain assistance. A verdict that he was accidentally killed by a premature explosion was returned.
