FALL FROM MOTOR LORRY.

Te Kuiti, January 20. Through falling off a motor lorry which was taking a party to Kawbia Beach on Saturday afternoon, a. young man named TI. E. Whimp, n(' Wliangarei, received two broken ribs, a fracture at the base of the skull and severe shock. Tie was removed to a private hospital and though his condition is serious, he was progressing favourably this morning considering the circumstances.
