DEATH OF MR. ERNEST SHORT.
Private advice was received at Feilding on Tuesday of the death, in a private hospital, at Avondale, of Mr Ernest Short, the prominent Romney Marsh and Hereford breeder of Parorangi, Feilding. He had been ailing for a long time. Mr Short was a world-famous breeder, having won tli,e world’s championship with Romneys at the Argentine Exhibition about 12 years ago. Deceased was 52 years of age.
