HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT.
The High Commissioner's cable, dated the 20th .July, reads: “Hemp, Manila market, quiet but tirm with easier tendency. No business reported. There are sellers of '.I grade, July-September shipments at 141 It)/-. New Zealand market dull, quotations unchanged."
