TO VISIT FOXTON. Tn connection with the visit of it-,. Chinese Association hootball team to Palmerston X. on Monday, the 28th iiist., tile Manawatu Football Association Committee has decided to take the team sight-seeing to Foxton on Tuesday.
LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR ENTERTAINING TIJE VISITORS

The visitors will lie met by the president and other local enthusiasts on their wav from Palmerston North at Sorenson’s corner and escorted to Foxton. The visitor- will he accorded a civic reception by the Mayor at the Council Chambers at 2.30 p.m. then proceed to the State School where they will he wel- < tuned by the Chairman of the Committee and shown over the school. After visiting the school the team will he given an insight into the flaxmilling industry and will be shown over Ales.-rx Ross. Rough and Co.’s mill. They will then he motored out i o Air Raikes' poultry farm at Oroua Downes and entertained at afternoon tea. At 0 p.m. the visitors will lie entertained at dinner bv the local Chinese at Whyte's Hotel, when nrovision will be made to entertain
