CHOIR CONTEST.
TOWN HALL TO-NIGHT. A liiiai reminder is given of the unique musical entertainment to lake place in the Town Hall loniglil when the Buxton and Levin elmirs will sing in competition. At the conclusion of the test pieces the combined choirs, led by the judge (Mr Don) will sing ‘‘Gloria in Exclsis." Vocal items will he interspersed during I he evening. The concert, as a whole should appeal In the musical public and a treat is in store for patrons. The judge's final decision will lie delivered during the second lest which is to take place at Levin.
