London, March 26. The Westminster Abbey by-eiec-tron resulted; — Nicholson (Conservative) 6166 Winston Churchill (AntiSocialist) 6153 Brockway (Labour) 6155 Scott-Duckers (Liberal) 296 On a recount being ordered, General Nicholson's majority was increased to 43.
